IDEAL i 50 

Ideal i 50 offers the proper surface energy to attract water based inks, such as those used in stamps as well as other flexographic printing inks. The Polymer is recommended for stamp applications with very small, fine detail such as small type fonts and kanji fonts. Excellent resilience and tensile strength make it one of the strongest 50A Durometer Photopolymers available.

Suggested users for Ideal i50 Rubber Stamps, Labels, Tags, Preprint Liners, Multiwall Bags, envelopers, paperboard, film as well as a variety of flexible packaging applications. The tack free Surface and high resilience allow Flexographic Printers to Perform longer and faster press runs without stopping for plate clean up.

Applications: Hand Stamp, Newspaper, and other Applications: There are I-50 IDEAL Liquid Photopolymers available for the hand stamps, molding, and marking device markets. Please ask your Representative for recommendations.

Substrate Sheet (Clear Color 125 Micro).

The Substrate / backing / polyester sheet is coated with a special primer for high bonding with liquid photopolymer resins for the production of flexo printing plates. Such printing plates are suitable for printing on; plastic films, card board, kraft paper, etc,.

These sheets have been developed to provide permanent adhesion to the liquid polymer and the results of light diffusion are smoother and more consistent backgrounds.

Day Light Films.

Specifications / Features

These contact and duplicating films and papers are designed for use with virtually any safelight and contact exposing conditions. Their emulsion and base sides are sufficiently matte to minimize Newton’s rings and provide rapid drawdown time in vacuum printing frames. In addition, those film names ending in “M” have a special matte surface on the emulsion side for fast vacuum drawdown when using flexographic or smooth-surface printing plates.

These products will achieve optimum results in day light Contact films for developer and replenisher. It should be possible to obtain satisfactory results in most other rapid-access type developers that are indicated as Hard-Dot capable.


Day Light films are coated on a dimensionally stable antistatic Estar base with antistatic and surface properties to ensure dependable transport and handling behavior.

This washout chemical is suitable for Liquid Polymer Stamps it is a cost efficient liquid washout concentrate that effectively removes the uncured polymer during the washout stage. It provides excellent results and washout life whether it is used i automatic tank wash system or hand washing. this is an important step to producing tack-free-plates.
